Content and Team Management

A B2B Content Marketing Manager

Keep Your Content Team on Schedule, Even When You Step Away

Deadlines that hold, first drafts that land close to final, and approvals that stop waiting on you. As a B2B content marketing manager, I build the system and lead the team that runs it.

Late Again? Check the System Before You Blame the Writers

You’re reviewing the same draft for the 4th time. Briefs come back with questions. Campaign dates slide, and every approval still routes through your inbox.

Writers Guess the Tone

First drafts miss, and you rewrite them yourself

Revisions Loop for Days

Campaigns and SEO plans wait on one article

Nobody Sees the Full Month

No shared calendar, so priorities change by the hour

Everything Waits for You

Even on vacation, the team pauses until you reply

Nobody Can Name the Content That Brought Leads

Reports count posts, not results

New Hires Take Months

Every new writer learns your brand voice by trial and error

Effort without process burns budget quietly. A team with a system publishes more with the same headcount.

What Is the Chaos Costing You?

Work Type

An estimate based on your numbers. A clear brief and a 2-round revision policy cut most of it. The audit shows you exactly where.

How the math works: 2 review rounds are the healthy baseline, so every round above 2 counts as extra. Hours lost = writers × pieces × extra rounds × hours per round. Hourly cost = monthly cost ÷ 180 hours for full time, or ÷ 90 hours for part time. Cost = hours lost × hourly cost. The defaults are an example. Replace them with your own numbers.

The Content Operating System I Install

5 layers, built in order. Each one makes the next one possible.

KPIs for each funnel stage, a weekly operations review, and a monthly decision on where the effort and budget go next.

You get: a dashboard and a weekly review your team runs on its own.

1:1 meetings, tasks assigned by strength, a delegation structure, and a development plan for each person. No team yet? A ready team of content professionals can cover the work for you.

You get: a team map and a growth plan for every member.

An AI production pipeline and automation agents trained on your rules, built into the workflow your team already uses.

You get: working agents, documented and handed over. →

Every step from brief to publish, written down: who does what, when, and how. A 2-round revision policy, and drafts that ignore the brief go back without counting as a round.

You get: an SOP handbook and brief templates for each content type.

Tone of voice, headline logic, quality benchmarks, and banned-word lists in Arabic and English, so your content stops sounding like everyone else’s AI output.

You get: a Content Direction Guide your writers open every day.

AI Agents Built Into Your Content Workflow

Most teams use AI as a chat window on the side. I build it into the process and train it on your brand rules, so its output passes your review instead of adding to it.

  • Brief Agent: turns a topic into a complete brief from your template.
  • QA Agent: flags banned words, weak headlines, and tone drift before a human reads the draft.
  • Publishing Agent: prepares approved articles and newsletters, then publishes them to your website, blog, and email list on schedule.
  • Reporting Agent: sends a weekly summary of what was published and how it performed.
  • Research Agent: collects sources, competitor angles, and data for each topic.

I Run the Same Approach on My Own Business

3 agents research prospects and email me ready lists every morning. They replaced manual sheets that took 6 to 10 hours each, and 3 to 4 hours of LinkedIn searching every day.
